For centuries, man has been searching for ways to extend the natural human lifespan. From early science to modern medicine, man has finally succeeded. During the Bronze Age, the average lifespan at birth was only 18 years. In contrast, the average lifespan of a person born today is 65. And many are even approaching the century mark.

Improved health naturally leads to longevity and anti-aging. The better your body is of fighting off infections and maintaining its health, the less stress is placed on the various organs of the body. Less stress leads to better health overall and thus, longer life.
To its practitioners, weight training gives tremendous relief from daily tensions. It also helps to improve the blood flow to many of the major organs of the body as well as improving bone strength.
In a recent study following 5,000 elderly men and women, it was found that those who exercised, even a little bit, extended their lifespan. And the more they exercised, the longer the span of life was extended. It just proves that even the tiniest bit of exercise can be a good thing.
