I regularly find excellent deals on chicken at my local grocery store. I make some great chicken recipes like chicken fried rice, chicken and dumplings, chicken soup, and chicken salad. I really do need to learn some more different chicken recipes though. I probably know off the top of my head 100 ways to prepare ground beef, but when I’m dealing with chicken I seem to run out of ideas very quickly.

I’ve been thinking about cooking up some chicken chili, but I’m not sure how to prepare a chicken so that I can use it in a chili recipe. I thought about perhaps baking it, then taking it off the bone to add ingredients and make chili. chicken curry has always been my favorite, but I hardly make chicken curry from scratch. However, just this I was really inspired to make a true chicken curry that didn’t use a premade curry paste. And so I did.

There are a lot of variations of chicken curry found in Malaysia such as Indian, Muslim-Indian(Mamak), Chinese, Malay, and Nyonya. There are many chicken curry recipes but each takes after the basics of chicken curry, adapts, and enhances it accordingly.

Chicken curry can also be wet or dry. There’s a watery version that uses a lot of water and coconut milk and a dryer type that has a more dense curry gravy with a pungent flavor. Luckily, those who love chicken can find a wealth of wonderful recipes. There will be those who like the bone in, but there are also those who like their chicken to be boneless. A quick internet search of ‘boneless chicken recipes‘ brings up a plethera of awesume recipes that anyone can make. There are even websites dedicated to just boneless chicken recipes.

It’s amazing to be able to go online and find loads of flavorful recipes without having to look very hard. I for one am trying to watch what I eat and limit fatty foods. We all know that chicken is a healthy form of protein and it’s great trying out these limitless recipes that are often reviewed already so there is little risk.

People can be a lot more creative in their pursuit of boneless chicken recipes with so many good cooks out there offering up their recipes!
