Spring is in the air, the long days of summer are almost here; before hitting the beach, learn how to get shady.

To find the right sunglasses to fit your face, there are two steps. The first is to find your shape. Keep in mind these are just shapes, there’s no right or wrong head shape – it just is. The trick is learning how to flatter that shape such as Serengeti Sunglasses.

Diamond: Rihanna works it out shades that compliment her high cheekbones, narrow forehead and chin. Best Frames: Oval and Square.

Square: Like Fergie, a broad forehead, wide cheekbones and a prominent jaw line gives square heads strong facial features. Rounded styles soften this face type. Best Frames: Oval, Round, Cat Eyes.

Round: Zac Efron has a pretty, cherub face; so his angles need to be straight and wide to add balance. Best Frames: Angular styles that are equal to or slightly wider than the broadest part of the face but my fav brand is : Dragon Sunglasses

Oval: My home girl Beyonce and I share the oblong shape. Over sized styles can make it look like a pin head, but as long as proportions are kept in check this can be avoided. Best Frames: Any shape that falls within facial parameters — Check out – Prada Sunglasses

Oblong: Haylie Duff also has an oval shape, but it’s slightly longer. Rather than over accentuate these features, use opposite styles visually that shorten and widen the face. Best Frame: Round, Square sunglasses that fall short of the widest part of the face with long vertical lines.

Heart: Reese Witherspoon and Kanye West have the classic “heart” shape: narrow jaw and a wide forehead. To play these features up, accentuate the eye area. Best Frames: Straight Top Line, Cat Eyes or Rimless styles that are wide enough to balance the jaw line.

Here in Hollywood, any day that isn’t filled with palm trees swaying in the warm breeze just seems wrong. Come rain or shine, these shades will keep you styling!
